Lash Apothecary Educator Program

The Lash Apothecary Educator Program is designed for lash artists who are ready to step into leadership, education, and community building. Our educators are more than trainers—they are trusted representatives of Lash Apothecary’s mission to raise industry standards through science-based education, healthier products, and artist-first ethics.

This program is application-based, and only 10 educators will be selected for each class.

The Spring 2026 Educator class will be held: March 17-19, 2026 -- Hoboken, New Jersey

The Fall 2026 Educator class will be held: November 5-7, 2026 -- Las Vegas, NV

As a Lash Apothecary Educator, you’ll:

• - Teach in-person Opal LED UV Lash System trainings in your region
• - Host and organize your own classes
• - Set your own class pricing
• - Keep 100% of your training revenue
• - Represent Lash Apothecary with professionalism and brand alignment
• - Educate your local lash community on healthier and safer lash practices

This is not a “paid employee” role — you run your own trainings, and Lash Apothecary endorses, supports, and equips you.

Educators will receive:

• - Lash Apothecary educator handbook
• - Full student curriculum package (must be taught as-is unless additions are approved)
• - Teaching frameworks & demo structure
• - Brand support and mentorship
• - Access to discounted Kits & systems for your trainings
• - Your name listed in the certified Opal educator directory
• - Educator-only resources + private support group
• - Personal Opal Free Certification + Opal Free Kit (2026 classes only)

Note: 2026 Educators will receive Opal Free Certification during training but are not permitted to teach Opal Free until Lash Apothecary formally approves.

To apply for the 2026 Educator Program, you must:

• - Have at least 2+ years of lashing experience
• - Have used the Opal LED UV Lash System exclusively for at least 1 year
• - Be fully aligned with Lash Apothecary (no other brand affiliations)
• - Have a strong social media presence and willingness to create educational content
• - Submit a 5-minute video explaining the Opal LED UV System as if teaching a student
• - Be prepared to meet monthly educational content/posting requirements
• - Be willing to host consistent trainings in your region

To protect and support educator success, Lash Apothecary will follow these regional placement guidelines:

• - Educators must be located at least 50 miles apart
• - First accepted applicant in a region secures that territory
• - If an educator already exists in an area, applications within 50 miles will not be eligible until these guidelines are updated

This ensures that every educator has room to grow, serve, and build authority in their community.

We receive many applications — only 10 educators will be selected for 2026.

We evaluate applicants based on:

• - Skill and experience
• - Understanding of the Opal LED UV Lash System
• - Communication & teaching presence
• - Social media / educational content ability
• - Alignment with Lash Apothecary values

About Future Educator Classes (2027+)

Beginning in 2027, applicants must be Opal Free Certified before applying for the Educator Program.

For those who took Opal Free training prior to applying:
--> Your Opal Free tuition will be credited toward your Educator tuition.

2026 is the only year where Opal Free Certification and Educator Training are combined.

Please allow our education team up to 14 business days to carefully review and respond to your completed educator application (video & google form submission).

Details for 5-minute Teaching Video Submission:

As part of this application, please record and submit a 5-7 minute video of yourself teaching the Opal LED UV Lash System as if you are educating a beginner student. Your video should demonstrate your understanding of the system, your ability to simplify and communicate information clearly, and your teaching presence. (5 minutes minimum, 7 minutes max).

In the video, please be sure to include:

• - What is the Opal LED UV Lash System from Lash Apothecary
  
• - How the light-curing process works in simple terms
• - Opal LED UV adhesive vs. traditional lash adhesive
• - Key safety considerations for the Opal LED UV system
• - Explain the 3 different (regular) Opal adhesives (not Opal Free)
• - Why Opal supports better retention and a healthier service

This video does not need to be highly produced — filming on your phone in natural lighting is perfectly fine. We simply need to see and hear you clearly.

This video is not about being “perfect.” We are looking for educators who are knowledgeable, kind, confident, and clear communicators.
