These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases from Lash Apothecary LLC. Please review them, the applicable product or course listing, and the policies linked below before completing your purchase.
By selecting the agreement checkbox and submitting your order, you agree to the purchase terms presented at the time of your order.
Professional Products and Purchaser Responsibilities
Products identified as professional-use products are intended for use by appropriately trained professionals.
You are responsible for selecting suitable products, meeting applicable licensing and training requirements, and following the product’s instructions, storage requirements, and safety information.
Certain products or programs may require training, certification, verification, or a separate purchasing agreement. Any applicable eligibility requirements will be disclosed before purchase.
Returns, Refunds, and Warranties
Purchases are subject to our Returns, Refunds, Warranties & Cancellations Policy.
Many professional products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except for a verified manufacturer defect, an expressly stated exception, or where required by law. A change of mind or a decision to discontinue using a product does not, by itself, establish a manufacturer defect.
Opal Light System refund eligibility is separate from warranty coverage. Applicable warranty registration deadlines, coverage terms, exclusions, and claim requirements apply.
Do not return products or equipment without prior authorization.
Shipping and Order Information
Processing, shipping, tracking, delivery issues, and backorders are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Please provide accurate contact and shipping information at checkout and review your order confirmation.
Carrier delivery estimates are separate from order processing time. Carrier delays do not, by themselves, create automatic refund eligibility. Rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
Education and Digital Purchases
Courses, certifications, digital materials, and other educational purchases are subject to the terms disclosed on the applicable listing and in our Returns, Refunds, Warranties & Cancellations Policy.
Digital educational purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except where otherwise expressly stated or required by law.
Choosing not to access, complete, or use purchased education does not, by itself, create refund eligibility.
Subscriptions
When selecting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the pricing and schedule disclosed when you subscribe.
Subscription management, cancellation, and existing subscription orders are governed by our Subscription Cancellation Policy.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information associated with your purchases and use of our website.
Applicable Rights and Policy Updates
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Updates to these terms apply to future purchases. The terms and product-specific conditions presented when you placed your order apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law.
